Before you cancel
Cancelling ends Premium at your next billing date, and the account then switches to Spotify Free. Your playlists and saved music stay where they are.
If another company bills you for Spotify, such as a mobile network or an app store, cancel with that company instead.
How to cancel a Spotify subscription
- Log in to your Spotify account page.
- Under Your plan, select Change plan.
- Scroll to Spotify Free and select Cancel Premium.
- Follow the steps to the confirmation message.
- Save the confirmation email, or take a screenshot.
