Contact

The best way to reach us is by email. Below is who to write to, and when to expect a reply.

We are a small team, so email is how we work. Write to the address that fits your question, and if your message is about a particular page, product, or service, a link helps us look into it.

General enquiries

For anything about our research, tools, or advice, email contact@digitalconsumers.org.uk. We aim to reply within three working days.

Reporting a product or service

If a digital product or service has treated you badly, tell us at reports@digitalconsumers.org.uk. A link or screenshot helps us look into it, and we will not publish your details without asking.

Media enquiries

For interviews, comment, or questions from journalists, email media@digitalconsumers.org.uk. If you are working to a deadline, say so in your first message and we will prioritise it.

Corrections

If we have published something that is wrong, tell us at corrections@digitalconsumers.org.uk. We will look into it, correct anything we have got wrong, and note the change on the page. You can read how we handle errors in our corrections policy.

Data and privacy requests

To see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to ask anything about privacy, email privacy@digitalconsumers.org.uk. We respond within one month, and it is free. You can read what we collect and why in our privacy policy.

Volunteering

If you have a skill to lend, from research to accessibility work to a legal read of a guide, email volunteer@digitalconsumers.org.uk with your background and what interests you.

We also advertise specific roles. See get involved for the ones open now.
