If your account has no option to cancel, another company bills you for Netflix. That is usually a mobile network, a television provider, or an app store. Cancel with whoever takes the payment, because Netflix cannot stop it.
How to cancel a Netflix subscription
- Sign in to Netflix in a browser or in the app.
- Go to Manage your membership on your Account page.
- Select Cancel.
- Select Finish Cancellation.
- Keep the confirmation email that Netflix sends.
