How to cancel a HelloFresh subscription
What to check before you cancel, and the steps to do it.
Before you cancel
HelloFresh sets a deadline. Cancel by 11:59pm five days before your next delivery day. Miss it and the next box still arrives, and you still pay for it.
Cancelling deactivates the subscription but keeps the account, so you can start it again later.
How to cancel a HelloFresh subscription
- Sign in to your HelloFresh account.
- Select your name at the top of the page, then Settings.
- Select the subscription you want to end.
- Select Cancel my subscription, at the bottom right.
- Follow the steps until the page says your subscription is deactivated.
- Keep the confirmation email that HelloFresh sends.
