How to cancel a Gousto subscription
What to check before you cancel, and the steps to do it.
Before you cancel
Gousto sets a deadline. Cancel by 12pm three days before your delivery day. Miss it and the next box still arrives, and you still pay for it.
Cancelling the subscription does not stop a box you have already chosen recipes for. Cancel that box as well, or it still comes.
Skipping a box and cancelling are different. Skipping stops one delivery; cancelling stops the ones you have not chosen recipes for.
How to cancel a Gousto subscription
- Go to your Gousto subscription settings.
- Sign in to your Gousto account.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the steps to the end.
- Save the confirmation email, or take a screenshot.
