If another company bills you for Disney+, such as a mobile network or a television provider, cancel with that company instead.
How to cancel a Disney+ subscription
- Sign in to Disney+ in a browser or in the app.
- Open your Account page.
- Go to Subscription.
- Choose the option to cancel, and follow the steps to the end.
- Save the confirmation email, or take a screenshot.
