Before you cancel

Adobe sells plans that run for a year and plans that run month to month. Your Adobe account shows which one you pay for, and only the yearly one carries a fee.

On a yearly plan billed monthly, cancelling after the first 14 days carries a fee. Adobe sets it at half of what is left to pay on the contract.

Adobe refunds in full if you cancel within 14 days of buying. That covers your first purchase only. When the plan renews, the 14 days does not start again.

Your apps work until the end of the current billing month.

Adobe cancels through a series of screens that offer discounts to stay. Follow them to the end, or the plan is still running.
