A Stated Response Date

The acknowledgement states the date by which the organisation will respond.

Intent

A date tells the person when to expect an answer, and when to chase. An acknowledgement without one leaves them counting the month themselves.

An assessor scores the criterion against a single response:

Score 2: The acknowledgement gives the date by which the organisation will respond.
Score 1: The acknowledgement states the time limit in general terms, such as one month, without giving a date.
Score 0: The acknowledgement says nothing about when the organisation will respond.
Not applicable: The organisation sent no acknowledgement.
