A Stated Response Date
The acknowledgement states the date by which the organisation will respond.
Intent
A date tells the person when to expect an answer, and when to chase. An acknowledgement without one leaves them counting the month themselves.
How to test it
An assessor scores the criterion against a single response:
- Score 2
- The acknowledgement gives the date by which the organisation will respond.
- Score 1
- The acknowledgement states the time limit in general terms, such as one month, without giving a date.
- Score 0
- The acknowledgement says nothing about when the organisation will respond.
- Not applicable
- The organisation sent no acknowledgement.
